• Prepare sushi products according to daily production plans
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards
• Monitor inventory and assist with monthly stock counts
• Ensure compliance with all operational procedures
• Help minimize product waste through efficient planning

Required Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 certificate
• Successful completion of competency-based interview
