Position Overview:
We require a Sushi Assistant to support daily operations in our sushi production department, ensuring quality and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily sushi production plans
- Maintain clean work environment and cold chain compliance
- Prepare promotional sushi items
- Conduct daily waste tracking and monthly stocktakes
- Follow strict food safety protocols
Essential Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- Understanding of food production planning
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
