Essential Qualification:

  • Grade 12 certificate

Preferred Experience:

  • 2+ years in life assurance/financial services administration
  • Understanding of insurance industry operations

Core Responsibilities

  • Process policy changes, beneficiary updates, and premium queries
  • Accurately capture applications within 4 hours of receipt
  • Monitor and resolve service requests and documentation
  • Generate policy quotes and benefit statements for brokers
  • Support financial advisors with workshop coordination
  • Maintain office supplies and policy documents
  • Ensure 95%+ accuracy in all administrative tasks
