Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and track policy-related queries (premiums, beneficiary changes, claims)
  • Maintain 95% accuracy in application processing
  • Monitor service requests and system updates
  • Generate insurance quotations and benefit statements
  • Provide operational support to sales teams and brokers
  • Coordinate documentation for broker workshops
  • Maintain office supplies of required forms/materials
