Core Responsibilities

• Develop operational plans and policy frameworks for Supply Chain Management
• Ensure compliance with procurement legislation and organizational policies
• Manage end-to-end tender processes including bid invitations, evaluations, and contract awards
• Prepare critical reports including commitment analysis, BBBEE tracking, and exception reporting
• Maintain organized document management system for all procurement records
• Facilitate committee meetings and provide secretarial support
• Process payment documentation and invoice verification
• Provide technical guidance on procurement matters to staff

Essential Requirements

• Proven track record in public sector procurement processes
• Advanced organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Experience in mentoring junior staff members
