Position Details:

Essential Requirements:
- 3-year tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Procurement
- Valid Code B driver’s license
- Municipal SCM competency certification (or willingness to obtain within 18 months)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- 2+ years’ relevant professional experience
Core Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain SCM policies and regulatory compliance
- Manage procurement processes from bid preparation to contract award
- Analyze supplier proposals and maintain vendor database
- Oversee contract management and performance monitoring
- Coordinate audit processes and implement corrective actions
- Provide stakeholder support and ensure service delivery standards
