Position Details:

Essential Requirements:

  • 3-year tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Procurement
  • Valid Code B driver’s license
  • Municipal SCM competency certification (or willingness to obtain within 18 months)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • 2+ years’ relevant professional experience

Core Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain SCM policies and regulatory compliance
  • Manage procurement processes from bid preparation to contract award
  • Analyze supplier proposals and maintain vendor database
  • Oversee contract management and performance monitoring
  • Coordinate audit processes and implement corrective actions
  • Provide stakeholder support and ensure service delivery standards
