Position Details

Key Requirements
- Proficiency in two official Western Cape languages
- Basic computer literacy (Excel skills required)
- Strong numerical and organizational abilities
- Experience in stock control systems
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement processes according to municipal guidelines
- Maintain inventory control and stock management systems
- Process purchase requisitions and coordinate distributions
- Conduct quarterly and annual stock audits
- Maintain interdepartmental communication on supply matters
Additional Requirements
- Availability for occasional after-hours work
- Ability to interpret technical documents and data
- Strong time management for deadline-driven tasks
- Detail-oriented approach to record keeping
