Position Details

Key Requirements

  • Proficiency in two official Western Cape languages

  • Experience in stock control systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement processes according to municipal guidelines
  • Maintain inventory control and stock management systems
  • Process purchase requisitions and coordinate distributions
  • Conduct quarterly and annual stock audits
  • Maintain interdepartmental communication on supply matters

Additional Requirements

  • Availability for occasional after-hours work
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and data
  • Strong time management for deadline-driven tasks
  • Detail-oriented approach to record keeping
