Position Details

  • Education Requirement: Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders for goods/services and payment documentation
  • Monitor contract administration processes
  • Maintain supply chain management records
  • Support departmental operations and compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Matric certificate (Senior Certificate)
  • Valid Code B driver’s license (or reliable transport for applicants with disabilities)

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and contract management
  • Proficiency in document management systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
