Position Details
Key Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate mandatory
- Basic understanding of National Treasury procurement guidelines
- Administrative experience in SCM environments (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
Core Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and supplier quotations
- Maintain compliant procurement documentation
- Manage inventory and asset registers
- Support contract administration processes
- Ensure timely supplier payments
- Maintain proper records management
