Key Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate mandatory
  • Basic understanding of National Treasury procurement guidelines
  • Administrative experience in SCM environments (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license (advantageous)

Core Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders and supplier quotations
  • Maintain compliant procurement documentation
  • Manage inventory and asset registers
  • Support contract administration processes
  • Ensure timely supplier payments
  • Maintain proper records management
