Key Responsibilities
- Manage full procurement cycle from quotation requests to delivery
- Source and evaluate supplier quotes using approved scoring systems
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain updated records of RFQs and supplier database
- Coordinate travel arrangements and related purchases
- Ensure compliance with PFMA regulations and internal policies
- Prepare procurement documentation for audit processes
- Facilitate payment processes with Finance Department
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations
- Manage tender advertisement and evaluation processes
Tender Management
- Oversee end-to-end tender processes in compliance with PFMA
- Prepare evaluation reports and board submissions
- Coordinate tender committee meetings and documentation
