Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full procurement cycle from quotation requests to delivery
  • Source and evaluate supplier quotes using approved scoring systems
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain updated records of RFQs and supplier database
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and related purchases
  • Ensure compliance with PFMA regulations and internal policies
  • Prepare procurement documentation for audit processes
  • Facilitate payment processes with Finance Department
  • Conduct supplier performance evaluations
  • Manage tender advertisement and evaluation processes

Tender Management

  • Oversee end-to-end tender processes in compliance with PFMA
  • Prepare evaluation reports and board submissions
  • Coordinate tender committee meetings and documentation
