Supply Chain – Admin Clerk (Alberton)

Purpose of the role
The Supply Chain Admin Clerk provides administrative support to the supply chain team, ensuring accurate documentation, stakeholder communication, and operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain supply chain records, files, and databases
- Process delivery notes, invoices, and related documents
- Assist in supplier delivery planning and inventory monitoring
- Support communication with suppliers and customers
- Capture and reconcile data for reporting purposes
- Coordinate with warehouses, transport, and procurement teams
- Prepare supply chain reports and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent; Supply Chain/Logistics certification advantageous
- Administrative experience, preferably in supply chain/logistics
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Attention to detail and high accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation
