Experience: 6+ years in substation construction supervision

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Valid driver’s license
- 6 years’ experience supervising substation construction
Preferred Qualifications:
- HV Regulations Certification (Modules 1-10)
- Occupational Health & Safety training for supervisors
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong leadership & communication abilities
- Comprehensive substation operations knowledge
- Familiarity with OHS Act and construction regulations
- Experience in civil works, electrical systems, and cabling

- Oversee substation construction activities
- Coordinate project planning with scheduling teams
- Manage site safety and quality compliance
- Supervise equipment and material resource allocation
- Lead and motivate construction teams
