• Experience: 5+ years in technical operations

Key Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate with 3 years of technical operations training
• Proficiency in safety protocols, risk management, and process coordination
• Strong skills in negotiation, planning, and team supervision
• Experience in budgeting and operational reporting

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure safety and efficiency
• Coordinate risk management programs and compliance
• Manage resource allocation and workflow prioritization
• Provide technical guidance and operational support
