Position Purpose

Oversee audit team operations and implement quality assurance processes while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.

Core Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Supervise audit team workflows and quality control processes
  • Coordinate audit planning, execution, and reporting procedures
  • Monitor compliance with service timelines and quality standards
  • Address customer queries and service delivery challenges

Compliance Oversight

  • Maintain ISO/SANS and accreditation compliance
  • Implement risk management protocols
  • Ensure adherence to legislative requirements

Team Leadership

  • Manage staff performance and development
  • Facilitate training and skills enhancement
  • Promote ethical work environment and diversity initiatives

Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • NQF Level 6 qualification in relevant field
  • Proven experience in quality assurance systems
  • Working knowledge of audit methodologies
