Position Details

Employment Type: Full Time
Minimum Education: National Certificate/Higher National Certificate/Bachelors in Business Management, Logistics or Accounting
Experience Requirement: 3+ years in stores management
Location: Bloemfontein, Free State

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control and stock reconciliation
• Supervise quarterly tool inspections and maintenance
• Coordinate with asset management for stock coding
• Oversee document management and record keeping
• Conduct monthly stock audits and variance analysis
• Handle chemical distribution and safety protocols
• Process procurement requests and vendor payments
• Lead team performance reviews and staff supervision

Essential Qualifications

• Proficiency in PFMA supply chain regulations
• Strong computer skills (MS Office required)
• Valid driver’s license
• Proven analytical and supervisory capabilities
• Knowledge of occupational health/safety standards
