Position Overview:
We seek a reliable Stores Controller Assistant/Messenger to support our logistics operations and ensure efficient material distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle delivery/collection of office supplies, packages, and documentation
- Manage daily mail services and post office collections
- Provide transport support for regional staff
- Complete banking transactions and deposits
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and license compliance
- Update daily vehicle logbooks
- Assist with equipment handling and office relocations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certification
- Valid driver’s license (PDP advantageous)
- 1+ year experience in stores/logistics environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
