About the Job

We are looking for a Storeman to join our Operations Warehouse team at the Gqeberha – Newton Park branch for a contract of 3 to 6 months. The role involves handling all warehouse store functions as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming stock from branches, especially solar stock, and assist with industrial stock when needed.
  • Pick items required for solar orders.
  • Prepare invoices for solar orders for delivery or collection.
  • Work closely with the solar sales team and procurement to manage stock arrival, storage, and monitoring.
  • Discuss returns and stock holding with the inventory controller to avoid discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Matric or NQF4 equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Able to move large, heavy objects across large spaces during the day.
  • Preference for previous warehouse store experience.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
