Position Summary:

Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Experience: 6+ years retail management
Education: Matric + Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Industry: Luxury Beauty Retail

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Excellence

• Lead exceptional service standards through team training and SOP implementation
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and demonstrate product expertise

Team Leadership

• Support staff performance reviews and daily operations management
• Facilitate team communication on sales targets and company initiatives

Store Operations

• Manage daily financial processes including cash handling and deposits
• Oversee stock management, visual merchandising, and inventory control
• Implement new product launches and maintain brand presentation standards

Performance Management

• Monitor sales KPIs and expense control measures
• Maintain stock loss within company targets through security protocols
