Requirements
- LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification
- Admitted Attorney under the Attorneys Act 53 of 1979
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification legal experience
- Right of appearance per NPA Act Section 25(2)
- Proven ability to work independently with professional credibility
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as legal representative for Asset Forfeiture Unit
- Manage civil litigation across multiple court levels including Constitutional Court
- Draft legal documents, motions, and advisory opinions
- Handle appeals and constitutional matters
- Oversee litigation costs and curator consultations
