Position Overview:
Join our Department of Infrastructure team to manage integrated budgeting systems and ensure compliant financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in Finance or related field
- 1+ year experience in management accounting
- Experience with infrastructure reporting (IRM) preferred
Core Responsibilities:
- Track revenue/expenditure and prepare monthly/quarterly reports
- Maintain accurate infrastructure project data using IRM system
- Reconcile financial data across BAS, LOGIS, and SCOA platforms
- Support annual budget formulation and adjustments
- Prevent financial discrepancies and optimize resource allocation
Essential Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of public sector financial regulations
- Advanced Excel skills and database management experience
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
Remuneration:
R397,116 – R467,790 per annum (Level 8)
