As a Permanent Store Assistant, you will be the face of our brand. You will provide excellent service to customers and help the store succeed. This includes assisting with purchases and keeping the store looking great to create a smooth and upscale shopping experience.

Your Role:

You will deliver top-notch service, support sales, and maintain our brand’s image through careful stock and cash handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Control & Accuracy

  • Handle cash desk tasks accurately to avoid any errors.
  • Manage daily cash checks and banking.
  • Process manual payments quickly and correctly.

Stock Management & Organisation

  • Follow daily stock routines to keep the store running smoothly.
  • Handle customer orders carefully and on time.
  • Do weekly stock counts and keep the storeroom tidy.
  • Pair shoes properly to maintain displays and stock quality.

Customer Service & Sales Support

  • Offer a high-end shopping experience with good product knowledge.
  • Build customer relationships through helpful service and styling tips.
  • Stay professional and enthusiastic to match our brand values.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
  • 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (luxury or fashion retail is a plus).
  • A passion for high-end fashion, footwear, and connecting with customers.

Additional Skills & Attributes:

  • Good with numbers and accurate in transactions.
  • Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Attention to detail to keep brand standards high.
  • A team player who works well with others.
  • Natural at building relationships and engaging customers.
