About the Role:

Join our team as a retail professional responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining stock accuracy, and supporting sales operations in a luxury fashion environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations:

  • Process transactions with 100% accuracy
  • Manage daily cash handling and banking procedures
  • Maintain zero variances in cash desk operations

Stock Management:

  • Conduct weekly stock counts and maintain organized storage
  • Manage customer orders and product pairings
  • Ensure optimal product display standards

Customer Engagement:

  • Provide expert styling advice and product knowledge
  • Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service
  • Maintain brand standards in all customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate (essential)
  • 6-12 months retail experience (preferably in luxury/fashion)
  • Passion for high-end footwear and fashion
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with excellent relationship-building skills
