Position Overview
Join our retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining operational excellence in stock management and sales support at our premium footwear store.
Primary Responsibilities
Financial Operations:
- Process transactions accurately with zero cash variances
- Execute daily banking procedures and manual transactions when required
Inventory Management:
- Maintain organized stock rooms and accurate inventory records
- Conduct weekly stock counts and shoe pairing exercises
- Manage customer order fulfillment processes
Client Service:
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice
- Deliver personalized shopping experiences aligned with brand standards
Candidate Requirements
- Grade 12 certification (Mandatory)
- Availability for weekend/holiday shifts during peak periods
- Numerical proficiency and attention to detail
- Passion for luxury footwear and fashion trends
