Position Summary
Seeking a dynamic retail professional to deliver exceptional service in our luxury footwear environment. This role combines operational excellence with premium customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Cash Operations
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at checkout
- Maintain cash handling procedures with 100% accuracy
- Conduct daily reconciliations and banking preparations
Inventory Management
- Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory
- Conduct weekly stock audits and product pairing verification
- Support order processing and fulfillment operations
Customer Experience
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling recommendations
- Deliver personalized service reflecting luxury brand standards
- Build lasting client relationships through attentive service
Essential Requirements
- Completed Matric certificate
- 6-12 months retail experience (luxury/fashion preferred)
- Flexible availability for weekends and peak trading periods
- Passion for footwear and luxury retail environments
