Position Overview:
We seek a flexible retail professional to enhance customer experiences, maintain operational excellence, and support store success in our luxury footwear environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Financial Operations:
- Process transactions with 100% accuracy
- Manage daily cash reconciliation and banking
- Handle manual payment systems effectively
Inventory Management:
- Maintain organized stock storage and displays
- Conduct weekly stock counts
- Process customer orders efficiently
Customer Engagement:
- Deliver premium shopping experiences
- Build client relationships through product expertise
- Maintain brand standards in service delivery
Requirements:
- Matric certificate (essential)
- 6-12 months retail experience (fashion/luxury preferred)
- Availability for weekends and peak trading periods
- Passion for footwear and fashion retail
