About the Role:

Join our team at Spitz as a Flexi Store Assistant and contribute to delivering exceptional retail experiences in a dynamic fashion environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Handling & Accuracy:

  • Process transactions accurately at cash registers
  • Manage daily cash handling and banking procedures
  • Handle manual transactions when required

Stock Management:

  • Maintain organized stock levels and storage areas
  • Assist with customer orders and stock replenishment
  • Conduct weekly stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy

Customer Service:

  • Provide expert product knowledge to customers
  • Deliver personalized shopping experiences
  • Maintain brand standards in customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate (required)
  • 6-12 months retail experience (fashion retail preferred)
  • Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading hours
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
