Your Role:

As a Flexi Store Assistant, you will ensure customers have a great shopping experience. You will help drive sales and maintain the store’s reputation by managing stock and cash properly.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Control & Accuracy

  • Handle cash desk tasks quickly and keep records accurate with no errors.
  • Follow daily cash checks and banking steps carefully.
  • Process manual payments correctly when needed.

Stock Management & Organisation

  • Carry out daily stock tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
  • Help manage customer orders and deliver them on time.
  • Do weekly stock counts and keep the storeroom tidy.
  • Pair shoes properly to maintain good stock quality.

Customer Service & Sales Support

  • Provide a high-quality shopping experience using your knowledge of products.
  • Build good relationships with customers through personal service.
  • Act professionally and with energy to meet the brand’s luxury standards.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
  • 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (luxury or fashion retail preferred)
  • A passion for high-end fashion, footwear, and working with customers
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and busy periods

Additional Skills & Attributes:

  • Good with numbers and accurate in handling money
  • Able to meet deadlines while handling several tasks
  • Attention to detail to keep brand standards high
  • A team player who works well with others
  • Natural skill in building relationships and engaging with customers
