Your Role:

As a Flexi Store Assistant, you will ensure customers have a great shopping experience. You will support sales, and handle stock and cash duties carefully to maintain the brand’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Control & Accuracy

• Handle cash desk tasks quickly and make sure there are no errors.
• Follow daily cash checks and banking steps accurately.
• Process manual payments correctly when needed.

Stock Management & Organisation

• Carry out daily stock tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
• Help manage customer orders and deliver them on time.
• Do weekly stock counts and keep the storeroom tidy.
• Pair shoes properly to maintain stock quality.

Customer Service & Sales Support

• Provide a high-quality shopping experience with good knowledge of products.
• Build good relationships with customers through personal service.
• Act professionally and with energy to meet the brand’s luxury standards.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
• 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (luxury or fashion retail preferred)
• A passion for high-end fashion, footwear, and interacting with customers
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and busy periods
