Spitz is a luxury fashion retailer that offers world‑class brands such as Carvela, Gianni Chiarini, Lacoste, Nina Roche, and Tosoni. We also carry premium scents from Carvela Donna & Bello and Verve by Kurt Geiger. We are looking for a Flexi Store Assistant to join our team at Eastgate Mall.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash desk duties accurately and ensure zero variances.
• Follow daily cash control and banking procedures.
• Perform manual transactions when required.
• Execute daily stock procedures and maintain store operations.
• Assist with customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Conduct weekly stock counts and keep the storeroom organized.
• Complete shoe pairing exercises to maintain stock integrity.
• Deliver a premium shopping experience with expert product knowledge.
• Build strong customer relationships and offer personalised service.
• Uphold the brand’s luxury standards with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What You Need

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
• 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (luxury or fashion retail preferred).
• Passion for high‑end fashion, footwear, and customer engagement.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak trading hours.
