Key Requirements
Education:
- NQF Level 7 qualification in Human Resources or related field
Experience:
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience in strategic workforce planning
- Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices
Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Coordinate with department heads on workforce planning
Compliance Oversight:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies
- Maintain recruitment quality standards and documentation
- Manage third-party service providers and SLAs
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with HR Business Partners on talent solutions
- Provide recruitment analytics and progress reports
- Manage candidate experience and internal communications
