  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment
  • Experience in strategic workforce planning
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices

Key Responsibilities

Talent Strategy:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Coordinate with department heads on workforce planning

Compliance Oversight:

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies
  • Maintain recruitment quality standards and documentation
  • Manage third-party service providers and SLAs

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Partner with HR Business Partners on talent solutions
  • Provide recruitment analytics and progress reports
  • Manage candidate experience and internal communications
