Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) + 5-7 years IT experience
- OR Senior Certificate (NQF 4) + IT Certifications + 5-7 years experience
- OR Senior Certificate (NQF 4) + 10 years experience
Location:
Gauteng, South Africa
Key Requirements:
- ITIL Certification (Mandatory)
- Experience with SQL Server, DB2, Java/C#, Middleware Integration
- SDLC and Business Process Analysis expertise
- Technical support experience in enterprise environments
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle of integrated tax administration systems
- Optimize system performance and availability (24/7 support)
- Lead incident resolution and preventive maintenance
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing & service continuity
- Manage vendor relationships and SLAs
- Develop technical documentation and knowledge sharing
Key Competencies:
