Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) + 5-7 years IT experience
  • OR Senior Certificate (NQF 4) + IT Certifications + 5-7 years experience
  • OR Senior Certificate (NQF 4) + 10 years experience

Location:

Gauteng, South Africa

Key Requirements:

  • ITIL Certification (Mandatory)
  • Experience with SQL Server, DB2, Java/C#, Middleware Integration
  • SDLC and Business Process Analysis expertise
  • Technical support experience in enterprise environments

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage full lifecycle of integrated tax administration systems
  • Optimize system performance and availability (24/7 support)
  • Lead incident resolution and preventive maintenance
  • Coordinate disaster recovery testing & service continuity
  • Manage vendor relationships and SLAs
  • Develop technical documentation and knowledge sharing
