About SARS:

Position Overview:

Lead technical testing initiatives including automation, security, and performance evaluation of enterprise applications. Ensure quality assurance through strategic test design, execution, and deployment.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering + 5-7 years testing experience (2+ years technical testing)
• OR Matric Certificate + 10 years testing experience (2+ years technical testing)
• Certified training in Technical Testing (ITSEB/ISTQB preferred)

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automated testing frameworks
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
• Optimize application performance under various workloads
• Manage defect lifecycle and risk mitigation strategies
• Create comprehensive test reports with qualitative/quantitative analysis
• Ensure compliance with governance policies and IT standards
