Position Overview

We seek an experienced automation testing professional to design, execute, and deploy automated testing solutions while ensuring system security and performance standards.

Key Requirements

• Education:
  – Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Computer Science/IT/Engineering + 5-7 years’ testing experience (2-3 years technical testing)
  OR
  – Senior Certificate (NQF 4) + 10 years’ testing experience (2-3 years technical testing)
• Mandatory: Advanced certification in Technical Testing (ITSEB/ISTQB)
• Technical Skills: Automated testing frameworks, vulnerability assessments, performance testing

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automated testing strategies
• Manage defect lifecycles and risk resolution
• Create comprehensive test reports (quantitative & qualitative)
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and governance standards
• Optimize testing processes for efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
