Job Purpose

Deliver advanced SAP Basis support and configuration services while ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with organizational objectives.

Core Requirements

• SAP Basis certification/training
• Proven experience in SAP module integration
• Expertise in system configuration and troubleshooting
• Experience with SAP application lifecycle management

Key Responsibilities

Technical Operations

• Design and implement SAP solutions for complex business needs
• Manage system configurations and performance optimization
• Lead incident resolution for critical system issues

Governance & Compliance

• Implement IT governance frameworks
• Ensure compliance with industry standards

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate across technical and business teams
• Provide specialist advisory services to internal clients
