Key Requirements

  • Matric Certificate/Grade 12
  • National Diploma (NQF 6) in Business Administration/Public Administration/Business Management or related field
  • 3-4 years’ relevant experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Understanding of governmental operations
  • Strong decision-making capabilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate council-approved programs/projects
  • Track implementation efficiency and compliance
  • Provide executive support for council processes
  • Manage stakeholder relationships
  • Conduct research for monitoring & evaluation best practices
