Key Requirements
- Matric Certificate/Grade 12
- National Diploma (NQF 6) in Business Administration/Public Administration/Business Management or related field
- 3-4 years’ relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Understanding of governmental operations
- Strong decision-making capabilities
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate council-approved programs/projects
- Track implementation efficiency and compliance
- Provide executive support for council processes
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Conduct research for monitoring & evaluation best practices
