Key Responsibilities

Ethics Program Management

  • Develop and implement ethics awareness campaigns
  • Facilitate ethics training programs for staff
  • Coordinate Ethics Ambassador initiatives
  • Analyze ethics training effectiveness

Compliance Oversight

  • Manage conflict of interest declarations
  • Track and report ethical misconduct cases
  • Update ethics policies and procedures

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with internal assurance teams
  • Present ethics reports to management
  • Advise leadership on emerging risks

Strategic Reporting

  • Prepare executive compliance reports
  • Conduct ethics program benchmarking
  • Analyze organizational ethics trends

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience handling ethics investigations
  • Knowledge of SA regulatory compliance frameworks
  • Strong report writing and presentation skills
  • Conflict resolution certification (advantageous)
