- Experience: 5-7 years in Ethics/Compliance/Risk Management
- Location: Centurion, Gauteng
- Certification: Ethics Officer Certification required (The Ethics Institute/Certified Fraud Examiner)

Key Responsibilities
Ethics Program Management
- Develop and implement ethics awareness campaigns
- Facilitate ethics training programs for staff
- Coordinate Ethics Ambassador initiatives
- Analyze ethics training effectiveness
Compliance Oversight
- Manage conflict of interest declarations
- Track and report ethical misconduct cases
- Update ethics policies and procedures
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal assurance teams
- Present ethics reports to management
- Advise leadership on emerging risks
Strategic Reporting
- Prepare executive compliance reports
- Conduct ethics program benchmarking
- Analyze organizational ethics trends
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience handling ethics investigations
- Knowledge of SA regulatory compliance frameworks
- Strong report writing and presentation skills
- Conflict resolution certification (advantageous)
