  • Valid artisan certification in relevant trade
  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Thorough understanding of OHS Act regulations
  • Valid driver’s license (manual transmission)
  • Physical capability for demanding work
  • Availability for after-hours/weekend shifts
  • Commitment to standby duty rotations

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead facility workshop operations and resource management
  • Coordinate maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Conduct diagnostic analysis and equipment repairs
  • Supervise technical teams and workflow prioritization
  • Manage preventive maintenance programs and OEM compliance
  • Maintain safety standards and documentation accuracy
  • Oversee container fleet maintenance and asset management
