Technical Leadership

- Design automated solutions for quality management systems
- Implement digital transformation of lab records
Process Improvement
- Analyze operational workflows for optimization opportunities
- Manage divisional projects (calibration, training, compliance)
- Develop performance metrics and reporting frameworks
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Implement risk mitigation strategies
- Support audit processes
