Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Information Systems
- Experience: 6-8 years in enterprise-level M&E systems (senior level)
- Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
- Department: Data Analysis & Business Intelligence
Essential Requirements:
- Proven expertise in database design, data modeling, and mining techniques
- Advanced skills in Power BI, JavaScript, XML, and ETL frameworks
- Statistical proficiency with SPSS, SAS, and Excel
- Experience developing organizational monitoring & evaluation systems
- Knowledge of IT innovations for information management
- Monitoring & Evaluation certification (advantageous)
Core Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret strategic implementation data using business intelligence tools
- Develop integrated performance management systems across departments
- Create standardized reporting frameworks for executive decision-making
- Design data collection systems and visualization dashboards
- Ensure alignment between organizational strategy and performance metrics
