Job Purpose
To provide expertise, advice, and support in business systems to develop operational plans and service delivery processes. This role aims to improve service delivery continuously. You will champion innovative, future-ready technology solutions by offering sharp analytical insights, strategic design thinking, and expert guidance. You will help shape and align new and existing systems with best practices, governance standards, and modernization goals. By promoting scalable designs, you will ensure solutions are fit for purpose and support lasting transformation across the organization.
Minimum Qualification & Experience Required
Option 1: Relevant Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Business/Systems Analysis and 5-7 years’ experience in an Information Technology environment with a Business/Systems Analysis background, including 2-3 years as a Functional/Technical Business/Systems Analyst.
OR
Option 2: Senior Certificate (NQF 4) and relevant Business Analysis / Information Technology Qualification(s) / Certification(s), plus 5-7 years’ experience in an Information Technology environment with a Business/Systems Analysis background.
Alternative: Senior Certificate (NQF 4) and 10 years’ experience in an Information Technology environment with a Business/Systems Analysis background, including the ability to interpret and review business requirements, identify impacted stakeholders, conduct joint application development sessions, and manage financial expenditure for related initiatives.
