Sourcing Officer (Candidates with Disability) – Civil Aviation Authority

Role Purpose

Implement supply chain strategies to deliver efficient procurement solutions while maintaining compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Source suppliers through CSD database and negotiate terms
• Manage end-to-end purchase order process
• Verify requisition documentation and budget allocations
• Coordinate logistics for goods delivery and inventory checks
• Arrange domestic travel bookings and emergency logistics
• Maintain supplier relationships and performance records

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• National Diploma in Supply Chain Management (NQF 6)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics

Experience:

• 2 years’ procurement experience in medium-sized organization
• Public sector compliance knowledge (PFMA/PPPFA)
