Sourcing Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for someone eager to join a dynamic team where innovation drives success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Sourcing Coordinators in preparing new brief packs.
- Coordinate the sending and receiving of parcels.
- Record the movement of all garments, swatches, artwork, and color submissions in the GIS system.
- Transport garments to and from departments for fit sessions.
- Ensure garments are available for reviews and showings.
- Liaise daily with vendors and buyers on various issues.
- Handle internal payment processes and orders for local packaging.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
- 2 to 3 years of administration and clerical experience, preferably in a clothing retail or import environment.
- Computer literate in Excel and Word.

- Ability to work under pressure.
- High energy levels and self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team-oriented approach.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
