Position Overview

Experience Level: Intermediate (3-4 years)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance assessments on business requirements
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans
- Create detailed quality reports and maintain documentation
- Implement automated testing solutions and optimize testing frameworks
- Stay current with emerging QA methodologies and technologies
- Collaborate with development teams to maintain quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or Mathematics
- Certification in software testing methodologies
- Working knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or similar databases
- Familiarity with multiple programming languages (C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML)
Preferred Experience
- 3-4 years’ experience in web/client-server system development/testing
- Proven track record in full software development lifecycle
- Experience creating technical documentation and quality standards
- Familiarity with statistical methodologies (advantageous)
