Position Details:
Job Type: Full Time
Required Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work
Experience: 7+ years post-registration social work experience
Location: Bloemfontein, Free State
Field: Legal Services
Key Requirements:
- Registered with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP)
- Experience in family court proceedings including Children’s Act, Maintenance Act, and Domestic Violence Act cases
- Proven competency in mediation services
- Valid driver’s license (Code B)
- Supervisory experience will be advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Manage forensic assessments for child-focused cases
- Supervise risks in childcare environments and contact arrangements
- Provide oversight for expert witness testimony in court
- Implement quality control for dispute resolution services
- Facilitate registration of Parenting Plans and Parental Responsibilities
- Manage team performance and resource allocation
