Essential Requirements
- Valid registration with South African Council for Social Service Professions
- 7 years practical experience in social work post-registration
- Valid driver’s license (exemptions apply for persons with disabilities)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee social work services for vulnerable individuals and communities
- Ensure compliance with social service standards and regulations
- Supervise teams of social workers and auxiliary staff
- Coordinate welfare programs and mentor junior colleagues
- Monitor and evaluate NGO partnerships
