Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Social Work (SAQA-recognized)
- Current SACSSP registration
- 7 years’ post-registration social work experience
- Valid driver’s license (exemption for persons with disabilities)
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee care, support and protection services for vulnerable groups
- Ensure compliance with SACSSP standards and service regulations
- Supervise social workers and auxiliary staff
- Coordinate social welfare programs and provide client counseling
- Monitor and evaluate NGO partnerships
