Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (NQF Level 7)
- Valid SACSSP registration
- 7 years’ practical social work experience post-registration
- Valid driver’s license (exemptions apply for persons with disabilities)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee care programs for vulnerable populations
- Ensure compliance with SACSSP standards and service regulations
- Supervise social work teams and auxiliary staff
- Coordinate community welfare program implementation
- Conduct client counseling and mentorship programs
- Monitor NGO performance and service delivery
