Position Details:

📑 Job Type: Full Time
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (NQF 7)
⏳ Experience: 7+ years post-registration
🔖 Registration: Valid SACSSP certification required

Core Requirements:

  • – Recognized Social Work degree (SAQA approved)
  • – Active SACSSP registration
  • – 7 years’ practical experience post-registration
  • – Valid driver’s license (exemption for PWD applicants)

Key Responsibilities:

  • – Oversee social services for vulnerable populations
  • – Ensure compliance with SACSSP standards and regulations
  • – Supervise social workers and auxiliary staff
  • – Coordinate community development programs
  • – Conduct client counseling and needs assessments
  • – Monitor NGO performance and service delivery
