Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Social Work (SAQA-recognized)
- Valid SACSSP registration
- 7+ years post-registration social work experience
- Valid driver’s license (excluding PWD candidates)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee social services for vulnerable groups and communities
- Supervise social workers and auxiliary staff
- Coordinate welfare programs and policy implementation
- Monitor service standards and organizational performance
- Provide client counseling and mentorship
