- Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (NQF 7)
- Experience Required: 7 years post-registration experience
- Registration: Valid SACSSP certification required
- License: Valid driver’s license (waived for PWD applicants)
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver social services for vulnerable groups through structured programs
- Monitor compliance with SACSSP standards and service guidelines
- Supervise teams of social workers and support staff
- Coordinate community development initiatives
- Conduct client counseling and case evaluations
- Assess performance of partner organizations
Essential Qualifications
- South African accredited Social Work degree
- Current SACSSP practice registration
- Minimum 7 years’ frontline social work experience
- Program coordination expertise
